FanFetch is a platform that allows users to:

• Join teams using access codes
• Post and view live score updates
• Follow youth sports games in real time

FanFetch does not organize, manage, or operate sports leagues or events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be responsible for activity under your account

• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• That the Service will be error-free

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillside Sports Marketing LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Errors in score reporting
• Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Service.
